ph8889's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph8889 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
ph8889 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
ph8889 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms or for any other reason ph8889 deems appropriate in its sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or player protection concerns.
You may close your ph8889 account at any time by contacting ph8889 customer support via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable fees and pending bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to identity verification.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
